Services & Pricing
Breastfeeding, lactation, pumping, infant feeding, bottle feeding, including exclusive formula feeding, and weaning off breastfeeding or pumping support for all referred Ontario residents with OHIP coverage is free of charge. Each consult also includes live assessment by a qualified Pediatrician.
Private In-Clinic, Private In-Home, and Private Virtual consultations, as well as any after-hours support or services to out-of-province or out-of-country patients, is a paid service. In such case no Pediatrician will preside. Prices are subject to HST and will be added to each invoice.
Our services are NOT intended for emergency situations.

OHIP covered Consult
Up to 60 minute sessions- In-Clinic or Virtual
- Doctor's, Midwife's, or Nurse Practitioner's referral is required prior to booking the initial visit
- Timely submission of 'Patient Intake Form(s)' before each consult is required
- Consult with Oksana, IBCLC, also with a qualified Pediatrician from LatchedOn Paediatrics, including all required prescriptions (if needed)
- Home office at College & Ossington in Toronto
- Secure video connection through ZOOM
- Only on weekdays. Prior booking is required. No walk-in service
Private Consult
~ 60 minute session- In-Clinic or Virtual
- No Doctor's (OHIP) Referral is needed
- Virtual breastfeeding consult with Oksana Laurinaviciene, IBCLC, or Sofya Brainin, IBCLC, depending on availability
- Secure video connection through Zoom
- Suitable for out-of-province or out-of-country patients
- After-hours, weekends, or holiday appointments available
- Prepayment is required prior to the consult time
- Timely submission of the intake form before the consult time is required
- **In-Clinic Private consults with LC Oksana are available only at our home office by College & Ossington in Toronto. Booking is required. No walk-in service.
Prenatal Consult
~ 60 minute session- Virtual Prenatal Consult with Oksana, IBCLC
- Secure video connection through ZOOM
- Advance booking is required
- Prepayment is required prior to the consult time
- To book a private prenatal session, please use "Virtual Private Consult" option in our Online booking system
In-Home Visit
~ 60-90 minute session- Private In-Home Breastfeeding Consultation in Toronto area (must be reachable by TTC)
- Advance booking is required
- Prepayment is required prior to the consult time
- Travel charges are extra depending on your location

Mini-Consult
up to 15 minutes- Short breastfeeding, pumping, weaning, and lactation related answer by phone or email by Oksana, IBCLC
- Advance payment is required before the answer is provided
- Suitable for follow-up questions and out-of-province or out-of-country patients
- Suitable for parents who may have a few specific questions or want to get a second opinion
- Answers by phone are provided only during business hours
- Answers by email will be answered as soon as possible or within 12 hours, also on weekends

Virtual Consult Preparation Steps:
- For best results use Smartphone or Tablet device
- Install ZOOM communications software
- Use Headphones
- Ensure a good Internet connection
- Ensure sufficient lighting
- Mother/Lactating Parent and a baby must both be present
- Have an assisting person nearby, especially in non-latching or painfully latching baby case.
Your appointment details and link to connect are in your Booking Confirmation Email. Please connect to a ZOOM video call or come to our office on time. If we running late, you might need to wait for up to 15 minutes. OHIP covered consults are also being coordinated with a stand-by Pediatrician. If you are late more than 10 minutes we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and/or apply a no-show fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the appointment has been booked and confirmed you can reschedule or cancel it on your own using the link provided with your booking confirmation email not later than 24 hours before your appointment time without any penalty. If the rescheduling/cancellation has to be made less than 24 hours before your appointment time, the cancellation link will not work and you will need our assistance to cancel/reschedule your appointment. No-shows and late cancellations will result in a $75 cancellation fee. New appointment time will be confirmed only after the cancellation fee for the previous no show/late cancellation is paid.
